Manly Vale
This was a renovation completed in 2017 it is now a stunning home and Beaches Custom Construction is proud to have been a part of its journey from beach shack to modern living abode. It was designed by architect Matt Elkan to be a sustainable, using solar, water and hardwood features.

This house was purchased in original condition in March 2010, with a long-term plan for the property. The long-term view was to create a family home for an expanding family, a second storey to take in sweeping views with the foresight to rent out initially until the owners were ready to make it their own family home.

Beaches Custom Construction took this shop from a basic removed shop layout to this stunning hair salon the timeframe was short but the finished salon came in on time and on budget.

This project was to impeccably restore this majestic, family home sited on around 1,429sqm so it can sit comfortably in its ultimate blue ribbon address. Beaches Custom Construction created the contemporary renovations and a vast addition featuring glorious interior design throughout, this estate like property retains its delightful original ambience yet offers superb modern living.
